Insurance Sales Agent – Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance policies, which include auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance, alongside Life & Health (L&H) policies, such as term life, whole life, final expense, and supplemental health coverage.

• Connect with potential clients utilizing agency-supplied quality leads to generate new business opportunities.

• Maintain a steady sales pipeline and meet production goals corresponding to your active license line.

• Work collaboratively with agency leadership and engage in continuous sales training and mentorship programs.

• Concentrate solely on the sale of insurance policies, with no involvement in customer service, claims handling, billing, or policy servicing responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active Property and Casualty insurance license.

• Must have an active Life and Health insurance license.

• Proven experience in managing inbound lead flows.

• Demonstrated experience in advising clients on suitable insurance coverage.

• Background in successfully closing insurance sales.

• Willingness to embrace mentorship and partake in ongoing sales training.

• Experience dealing with agency-generated leads.
