This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, career services offices, student organizations, and other related entities.
• Act as the main contact for partner institutions and represent Salute's employer brand during campus visits.
• Organize, plan, and manage career fairs, information sessions, campus interviews, employer panels, and virtual recruiting events.
• Oversee all logistics for events, including registration, scheduling, staffing, venue coordination, and execution on the day of the event.
• Procure and manage marketing and event materials, ensuring proper shipping and delivery coordination.
• Travel to events and career fairs to represent Salute, manage setup and teardown, and assist the on-site recruiting team.
• Monitor and report on attendance, applications, interviews, offers, hires, and cost-per-hire metrics.
• Maintain a shared calendar and tracking system for campus events, partnership interactions, and university contacts.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to synchronize event strategies with open requisitions and hiring goals.
• Coordinate social media content, event photography, and campus marketing materials in conjunction with the Marketing team.
• Manage event budgets, process invoices, and reconcile expenses related to travel, materials, and sponsorships.
• Identify potential partnership opportunities and assess current partnerships.
• Assist with Talent initiatives, including the coordination of internship programs and recruiting operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, early careers, university relations, event planning, or a similar field.
• Previous involvement with early careers or veteran transition programs and military-affiliated organizations is preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 25–40%, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends during peak recruiting periods.
• Strong project management abilities, capable of coordinating multiple events and partnerships simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Comfortable with data analysis and reporting; experience tracking recruiting or event metrics is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and the capability to transport event materials.
• Ability to lift and carry event supplies weighing up to approximately 30 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and event management or CRM tools is advantageous.
• High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while traveling.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for local travel to shipping/receiving locations and event venues.
