This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive technical searches throughout Engineering and related functions for PCT clients.

• Collaborate with founders and VP-level leaders to define roles, establish hiring criteria, and progress searches.

• Guide clients through structured, impactful interview processes.

• Perform talent mapping and competitive analysis.

• Develop sourcing strategies that extend beyond inbound applications and referrals.

• Establish diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines.

• Screen and assess senior and staff-level technical talent.

• Monitor pipeline health, pass-through rates, and search progress.

• Utilize data to enhance recruiting strategies and provide updates to clients.

• Partner with PCT Technical Sourcers on targeting strategies and execution of searches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant portion of career dedicated to technical recruiting within product-led or SaaS organizations.

• Proven experience managing senior and staff+ technical searches from start to finish.

• Background in hiring across Engineering along with various adjacent technical disciplines: Product, Design, Data, Security, or QA.

• Capability to juggle multiple searches simultaneously and set priorities independently.

• Experience working with a genuinely high talent standard.

• Proficient in Boolean search, talent mapping, and high-volume outreach techniques.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with using an ATS; experience with Ashby is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Daily utilization of AI tools beyond mere familiarity with ChatGPT.

• Ability to work autonomously with senior stakeholders.

• Emphasis on technical recruiting experience, although it is not a strict requirement for application consideration.
