Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand influencer portfolios

• Assist creators in enhancing their platform visibility and securing brand partnerships

• Identify and onboard both emerging and established creators

• Develop and maintain relationships with brands and agencies

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels

• Create content strategies tailored for clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to refine overall strategy and expand the talent roster

• Operate independently and remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

• Aid creators in growing their audiences and monetizing their content through in-house tools and expertise

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

• Capability to work independently and pursue your own initiatives

• Determination to achieve results

• Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies

• Candidates should represent the top tier of managers in Canada
