This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and sustain career pathways across all 150 career tracks, encompassing essential skills, behavioral standards, and advancement criteria.
β’ Forge connections with subject matter experts and establish governance practices to ensure the accuracy of career content.
β’ Collaborate with People & Culture to ensure career architecture supports Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Feedback, Mobility, Workforce Planning, and Rewards.
β’ Lead the operational implementation of internal mobility through process documentation, stakeholder empowerment, and ongoing enhancement.
β’ Counsel stakeholders on achieving fair career design results across diverse populations, functions, and regions.
β’ Oversee the complete project management of Veeam's biannual performance review cycles.
β’ Coordinate with HRBPs, Rewards, HRIS, Communications, and regional leaders regarding performance-cycle strategies.
β’ Enhance and initiate cycle communications and manager support based on completion data, quality indicators, and feedback.
β’ Create communications, resources, and training for career and performance tools.
β’ Assist in Workday configuration, testing, and adoption with HRIS/IT; pinpoint workflow and AI possibilities.
β’ Convert program data into insights and recommendations, highlight trends, and suggest enhancements.
β’ Background in talent management, performance management, HR, or organizational development, including responsibility for a recurring cyclical program.
β’ Established capability to independently manage complex, interrelated workstreams and deliver results amidst uncertainty with minimal oversight.
β’ Practical experience with Workday; exposure to configuration or testing in Talent or Performance modules is highly preferred.
β’ Excellent communication skills with an ability to clarify complex discussions and influence without formal authority across diverse functions, levels, and regions.
β’ Proven history of achieving results through collaboration rather than mere coordination.
β’ Analytical thinker comfortable with interpreting program data and utilizing AI tools to enhance analysis.
β’ Growth-oriented mindset with an eagerness to explore emerging technologies.
β’ Openness to mentoring and sharing expertise with junior team members.
