This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Establish and maintain disaster response readiness throughout a nationwide network of church partners.
β’ Oversee the execution of the grant-funded program, ensuring compliance, monitoring, reporting, outcome tracking, and managing relationships.
β’ Coordinate the initiation of projects with church partners and essential stakeholders.
β’ Organize training, onboarding, practical capacity support, and continuous engagement with church hubs and supporting partners.
β’ Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, documentation, staffing/consulting requirements, and project activities within the authorized grant scope.
β’ Track tasks, milestones, partner engagement, monitoring data, outcomes, grant reporting, and necessary documentation.
β’ Monitor partner readiness, program advancement, compliance status, and outcomes; identify risks and coordinate solutions.
β’ Maintain communication with church hubs, partners, donor representatives, internal teams, and US Programs leadership.
β’ Prepare and submit reports and documentation that cover progress, outcomes, compliance, readiness, risks, corrective actions, promising practices, and lessons learned.
β’ Monitor resource utilization, budget activity, partner readiness, compliance, and progress towards grant deliverables.
β’ Provide support for technical assistance, safeguarding, operational guidance, tools, grant files, audit readiness, amendments, and corrective actions.
β’ Coordinate the grant close-out process, including final reports, evaluations, and dissemination of lessons learned.
β’ Conduct field visits and assist with acquisition activities, proposal reviews, and subsequent opportunities.
β’ Carry out other assigned responsibilities and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
β’ 3β5 years of applicable experience in program/project management, grant management or compliance, monitoring and reporting, disaster response, or capacity development.
β’ Experience with faith-based, nonprofit, community, or relief and development partners is preferred.
β’ Strong skills in organization, communication, relationship management, documentation, problem-solving, and coordination are essential.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. for any employer.
β’ Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
β’ Demonstration of Christian conduct and active participation in organizational spiritual practices.
