This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead or assist in the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of UKG Pro Talent solutions.
• Conduct client discovery sessions to grasp business requirements, existing processes, and desired outcomes.
• Convert client specifications into UKG Pro Talent configurations and recommendations.
• Provide expertise across Talent modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Goals, Compensation Management, Succession Planning, Learning, and employee development workflows.
• Create and maintain configuration workbooks, requirements documentation, testing materials, decision logs, and additional project documentation.
• Guide clients through system testing, identify issues, and facilitate resolutions.
• Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and offer train-the-trainer support.
• Recognize scope concerns, risks, dependencies, and potential change requests, escalating them to project leadership.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Managers, integration resources, and other functional consultants to synchronize project activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely time entries, project updates, and documentation.
• Manage multiple client engagements while prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and fulfilling commitments.
• Engage in client meetings and internal project discussions.
• Assist with payroll unit testing, parallel testing, and validation activities.
• Review payroll test results, identify discrepancies, and support resolution efforts.
• Take part in user acceptance testing for Payroll and HR modules.
• Help with data validation and reconciliation to maintain payroll and HR data integrity.
• Current UKG implementation certification for Talent modules.
• Previous consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience with UKG Pro Core and an understanding of how employee data supports Talent functionality.
• Familiarity with UKG Pro reporting, security roles, business processes, notifications, and integrations related to Talent.
• Experience in supporting clients through implementation, post-go-live stabilization, or system optimization.
• Knowledge of structured implementation methodologies and project governance.
• Availability to work during standard North American business hours for potential client-facing meetings.
• Ability to maintain timely communication and adhere to agreed-upon project deadlines.
• Capacity to follow HRchitect’s delivery standards, documentation requirements, security practices, and client-communication protocols.
