This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
β’ Create and enhance programs for early career development, including initiatives for apprenticeships and transitions from school to work.
β’ Implement inclusive recruiting strategies to broaden access to diverse talent pools and improve equitable hiring outcomes.
β’ Oversee participant placements, rotations, and activities related to career progression.
β’ Enhance candidate and participant experiences through onboarding, mentorship, cohort engagement, and community-building initiatives.
β’ Provide guidance to recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders on structured selection methodologies.
β’ Analyze program and recruitment data to evaluate outcomes, recognize trends, and support data-informed talent decisions.
β’ Develop standard operating procedures, documentation, and scalable processes to enhance program effectiveness and ensure compliance.
β’ Establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, veteran groups, disability networks, and professional associations.
β’ Manage and coordinate intricate talent, HR, or project-based initiatives across various stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.
β’ Preferred background in supporting Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, workforce development, or early career talent programs within a complex organizational setting.
β’ Proficient in utilizing external talent sourcing methodologies, recruiting technologies, and data analytics tools.
β’ Capable of applying human resources consulting and executing business processes effectively.
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, KellyOCG support teams, educational institutions, and external organizations.
β’ Preferred ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative workforce data and articulate recommendations.
β’ Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance program delivery, improve recruiting effectiveness, increase reporting accuracy, and boost operational agility.
β’ Maintain program documentation, enabling materials, governance standards, and process controls.
β’ Preferred experience in developing and delivering practical training, guidance, and recruiting best practices.
β’ Demonstrated capability to manage and coordinate complex talent, HR, or project-based initiatives.
β’ Strong consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
β’ Proven ability to leverage data analytics, insights, and metrics.
β’ Commitment to inclusive recruiting practices and talent development.
β’ Adaptability, resourcefulness, strong execution skills, a mindset geared towards continuous improvement, and a passion for innovation.
β’ Preferred professional certifications in project management, HR management, or a directly related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ Opportunity to work remotely within the United States.
β’ Approximately 10β15% travel required.
