This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, engage with, and supply the talent necessary to advance Avantor's mission of propelling science forward and fostering a better world.

• Develop robust talent pipelines across European markets.

• Collaborate with Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify, engage, and qualify exceptional candidates.

• Proactively source and attract high-caliber candidates across various functions and regions, particularly in the DACH area.

• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.

• Establish and maintain talent pipelines to address current and future hiring demands.

• Perform market mapping and talent benchmarking to inform hiring strategies.

• Execute preliminary candidate screenings through CV evaluations and phone or virtual interviews.

• Provide well-qualified candidate shortlists to Hiring Managers.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening processes.

• Comprehend role specifications, hiring strategies, and timelines in collaboration with Hiring Managers.

• Share data-driven insights regarding talent availability, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in an in-house or RPO setting.

• Strong proficiency in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement.

• Experience collaborating closely with recruiters and business stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Strong aptitude for assessing candidate profiles and conducting effective screenings.

• Data-driven approach with the ability to convert market insights into actionable strategies.

• Capacity to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in both German and English.
