This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, engage with, and supply the talent essential for advancing Avantor’s mission in life-changing science.

• Develop robust talent pipelines across European markets.

• Collaborate with Business Partners and Hiring Managers to pinpoint, engage, and assess candidates.

• Actively source and attract top-tier candidates across various functions and regions, with a focus on the DACH area.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, job boards, networking, and referrals.

• Establish and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future recruitment needs.

• Perform market mapping and talent benchmarking.

• Execute initial CV reviews, phone screenings, and virtual interview evaluations.

• Provide Hiring Managers with qualified candidate shortlists.

• Ensure a stellar candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process.

• Offer insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in an in-house or RPO setting.

• Strong proficiency in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement.

• Experience collaborating closely with recruiters and business stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong capability to evaluate candidate profiles and conduct effective screenings.

• Data-driven approach with the ability to convert market insights into actionable strategies.

• Capacity to juggle multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in both German and English.
