This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main administrator and subject matter expert for essential Talent Acquisition systems, including ATS, CRM tools, and integrated technologies.
β’ Assess Talent Acquisition processes and system configurations, pinpoint bottlenecks, and implement enhancements.
β’ Set and enforce data input standards and governance across Talent Acquisition systems.
β’ Cultivate relationships with Talent Acquisition system vendors and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
β’ Spearhead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and thorough testing of new recruiting tools and technologies.
β’ Monitor emerging technology trends, particularly AI and Machine Learning applications in recruiting, and create business cases for impactful tools.
β’ Design and implement change management, training, and documentation strategies for new systems and feature updates.
β’ Develop, maintain, and automate recruiting KPI dashboards and operational reports.
β’ Examine recruiting performance data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for strategic intervention.
β’ Convert data findings into actionable recommendations for Talent Acquisition leadership and recruiting teams.
β’ Support workforce planning and forecasting with data-driven hiring insights.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or People Analytics position, with an emphasis on supporting a recruiting function.
β’ Demonstrated expertise as an administrator or super-user of a prominent Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
β’ Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, capable of collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large amounts of information with a focus on detail and accuracy.
β’ Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel/Google Sheets).
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
