Talent Acquisition Manager – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit top talent in Sales, Marketing, and Support roles by sourcing and reaching out to candidates in collaboration with team leaders and hiring managers.

• Evaluate applications, oversee candidate screening, and carry out pre-qualification interviews for designated roles.

• Ensure a remarkable candidate experience while implementing competency-based assessment techniques.

• Actively engage with and manage internal stakeholders by providing coaching and sharing best practices with hiring managers.

• Monitor and report on talent acquisition metrics to pinpoint effective strategies and areas for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within a rapidly growing setting and/or expertise in Go-to-market/commercial/business profile hiring.

• A blend of agency/search and internal Talent Acquisition experience.

• Headhunting skills developed through leading Sales-oriented organizations.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Capability to forge strong relationships with candidates and employees.

• Proficiency in managing and prioritizing tasks systematically using productivity tools.

• A strong sense of curiosity and the ability to learn and operate independently.

• A practical, analytical, and methodical approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.
