This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing process excellence that improve recruiting efficiency, quality, compliance, and overall business performance.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of Talent Acquisition operational roadmaps that align with strategic objectives and transformation goals.
• Enhance recruiting workflows through data-informed improvements that boost effectiveness and standardization.
• Introduce innovative technologies, automation solutions, and AI-driven capabilities to enhance hiring results and scalability.
• Create performance dashboards and scorecards that furnish leaders with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and global process excellence and innovation teams.
• Perform assessments of Talent Acquisition maturity.
• Leverage workforce analytics, talent intelligence, labor market insights, and data visualization for effective workforce planning and hiring decisions.
• Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition and HR leadership on optimizing operating models, standardizing processes, and developing future-state recruiting capabilities.
• Identify process deficiencies, benchmark best practices, and implement sustainable solutions for continuous improvement.
• Proven expertise in process optimization, operational excellence, and facilitating transformational improvements in Talent Acquisition or HR functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert complex data, workforce insights, and performance metrics into significant business outcomes.
• Demonstrated project and change leadership abilities, with a track record of managing cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills, allowing effective partnerships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• A forward-thinking approach combined with strong business acumen, innovation, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• A college or university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• Certifications in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma are highly valued.
• Preferred knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies, supplier performance management, operational governance, and quality-focused program execution.
• Desired strengths in collaboration, innovation, stakeholder influence, a global perspective, effective communication, self-awareness, and achieving results amid uncertainty and change.
• Off-site remote work.
