This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• Drive excellence initiatives in the talent acquisition process across the organization.
• Lead the adoption of changes related to talent acquisition technology, AI-driven solutions, and compliance requirements.
• Take ownership of the Talent Acquisition hiring manager capability strategy, encompassing educational requirements, adoption plans, resources, and measures of effectiveness.
• Establish and enhance standards, processes, tools, and governance frameworks for recruiting.
• Utilize data insights, performance metrics, and market trends to pinpoint opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Define talent acquisition capability requirements in conjunction with HR Learning and Development teams.
• Design and implement sustainable solutions that enhance recruiting performance, quality, and overall business outcomes.
• Guide the development of talent acquisition capabilities through best practices, emerging trends, and strategies for operational excellence.
• Oversee TA knowledge assets, playbooks, standards, self-service resources, and associated global AI agents.
• Work with vendors to uphold capability programs, service delivery expectations, and performance results.
• Use data analytics, process excellence methodologies, and technology solutions to streamline work processes.
• Promote collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and accountability across enterprise-wide talent acquisition objectives.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition operations, process optimization, and managing organizational change.
• Strong capabilities in analytics and consulting.
• Ability to convert qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Established track record of collaboration across functions, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and building partnerships.
• Experience in applying process excellence methodologies, utilizing technology, and promoting innovation.
• Exceptional skills in communication, facilitation, and leadership.
• A global perspective and dedication to fostering inclusive, high-performing teams.
• A college or university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
• Certifications in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma are highly desirable.
• Preferred experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Quality, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Preferred proficiency in change management frameworks, process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, performance metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Remote work from anywhere in the United States.
• Standard business hours with flexibility to accommodate business needs.
• Travel opportunities of approximately 10–15% as necessary.
