This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process for technical, government contracting, and business operations roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective recruiting strategies.
• Write job descriptions and publish job openings.
• Identify candidates and perform initial interviews.
• Organize internal and client interviews.
• Assist in candidate selection and streamline the offer process.
• Develop and sustain pipelines for IT professionals across full-stack development, platform engineering, DevSecOps, quality engineering, ServiceNow, UI/UX, cybersecurity, data, and other mission-critical fields.
• Gain insight into position qualifications, labor categories, contract specifications, citizenship or residency criteria, and program-specific nuances.
• Facilitate interviews among candidates, hiring managers, technical teams, company leaders, and customer or prime-contractor representatives.
• Ensure effective communication, manage scheduling adjustments, prepare participants, and help candidates navigate each step of the hiring journey.
• Assist selected candidates in understanding background checks, Entry on Duty procedures, customer documentation, and federal onboarding necessities.
• Safeguard sensitive personal and business information.
• Keep track of candidate records, interview feedback, communications, status updates, and reports within the applicant tracking system.
• Enhance recruiting workflows, templates, documentation, reporting, and candidate interactions.
• Participate in additional recruiting, People Operations, Business Development, administrative, and cross-functional projects as required.
• Aid in onboarding and employee documentation, coordinate employee referral initiatives, support proposal or staffing tasks, and maintain workforce data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple candidates and job openings through various stages of the recruiting process.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates, evaluating résumés, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating multi-stage interview processes.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers or stakeholders to comprehend job requirements and assess candidates.
• Strong ability to handle sensitive candidate, employee, compensation, and business information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Capable of successfully meeting background and suitability requirements.
• Exceptional sourcing and candidate engagement abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interviewing, evaluation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and swiftly adapt to changing hiring needs.
• Sound judgment with the capacity to convey candidate strengths, concerns, and recommendations impartially.
• Proficient in working independently while closely collaborating with hiring managers, technical teams, leadership, and business operations.
• Willingness to learn technical terminology, contract requirements, and federal hiring protocols.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, job boards, and collaboration tools.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Must successfully complete background and suitability checks prior to commencing work.
• Preferred experience in recruiting IT professionals, especially software engineers and other technical roles.
• Experience in recruiting within federal government contracting or similar regulated environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with federal hiring considerations is preferred.
• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system is preferred.
