Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for both exempt and non-exempt roles across various manufacturing locations.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

• Identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.

• Evaluate resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to determine candidate qualifications and suitability.

• Organize interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.

• Present qualified candidates and offer insights to hiring managers.

• Manage the development of job offers, negotiations, and acceptance processes.

• Ensure that recruitment activities adhere to relevant employment laws and company policies.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on open job requisitions.

• Keep accurate records of candidates and requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience is required; a focus on production, operations, maintenance, and light industrial is preferred.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems is mandatory; familiarity with Workday is preferred.

• Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple job requisitions concurrently and meet recruiting deadlines is essential.

• Willingness to travel less than 10% nationwide.
