This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

• Oversee the complete recruiting process for both exempt and non-exempt roles across various manufacturing locations.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their hiring requirements and devise efficient recruitment strategies.

• Identify suitable candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.

• Evaluate resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to determine candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

• Organize interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.

• Present qualified candidates and offer recommendations to hiring managers.

• Handle offer creation, negotiations, and acceptance processes.

• Ensure that all recruiting activities adhere to relevant employment laws and company policies.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on the status of open positions.

• Maintain precise candidate and requisition records within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience is required.

• Specialization in production, operations, maintenance, and light industrial sectors is preferred.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems is necessary; Workday is preferred.

• Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

• Strong grasp of recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques is essential.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills are required.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting recruiting deadlines is essential.

• Willingness to travel less than 10% nationwide.
