• Conduct comprehensive recruitment processes for startup clients across various functions and levels.

• Develop customized sourcing strategies specific to each position.

• Foster client relationships with empathy and transparency.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates, including those who are not selected.

• Utilize AI tools and contemporary recruiting technologies within daily operations.

• Share insights on recruiting technologies with team members.

• Manage multiple active searches and adapt to changing priorities while upholding quality standards.

• Oversee the recruitment process from intake to the final offer acceptance.

• Experience in recruitment as a generalist, comfortable navigating various functions.

• Proven track record in hands-on sourcing.

• Familiarity with AI tools and recruiting technologies.

• Eagerness to continually learn about upcoming trends.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must reside in Ontario.

• Capability to work independently in a remote environment.
