Talent Acquisition Lead, AI-Native Hire

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, encompassing sourcing, pipeline management, offer negotiations, and closures.

• Conduct beta testing of internal AI recruitment tools and provide constructive feedback.

• Identify gaps and assist in refining AI recruitment tools.

• Develop automated workflows to minimize manual tasks.

• Enhance interviewing capabilities through structured loops, competency frameworks, and equitable evaluation processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate hiring requirements into actionable plans.

• Uphold a high standard for hiring practices.

• Advocate for a culture-focused hiring experience for both candidates and interviewers.

• Mentor interviewers and facilitate full-cycle recruiting efforts.

• Significant experience in talent acquisition, demonstrating a successful track record in dynamic environments.

• A genuine passion for AI and automation technologies.

• Proficient in stakeholder management, quickly establishing trust and keeping senior stakeholders informed.

• Experience in training and enhancing the interviewing skills and competencies of others.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and French.

• Background in a culture-first environment (preferred).

• Eagerness to contribute to the development of the tools utilized (preferred).
