AI Engineer, New Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of 0→1 product initiatives from conception to MVP deployment, terminating projects early when indicators suggest.

• Develop solutions comprehensively across backend, AI components, frontend, and deployment without transferring responsibilities.

• Quickly create prototypes and assess new features within days utilizing Python and contemporary AI technologies.

• Collaborate within clinical workflows to develop AI Healthcare Employees.

• Make critical architectural and product choices with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach.

• Incorporate AI coding tools into everyday processes.

• Swiftly prototype, assess, and construct MVPs for new product initiatives.

• Make prompt go/no-go decisions and expand successful efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading 0→1 products from concept to deployment.

• Comprehensive technical skill set with a robust background in Python and AI components.

• Residing in Latin America: Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or Chile.

• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).

• A strong inclination towards action and the ability to thrive in uncertain situations.

• A portfolio or GitHub showcasing completed work that you take pride in.

• Recent experience in management, director, or purely team-lead roles is not suitable; this position is focused on hands-on individual contributions.

• Experience in the healthcare or clinical domain is an advantage.

• Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as Cursor or Copilot is an added benefit.
