Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI-First – Go / React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of features spanning the Go backend and the React/TypeScript frontend.

• Create and implement solutions for high-load, distributed production systems.

• Integrate AI coding agents as a core component of daily development processes.

• Guide AI agents, assess and validate their outputs, and ensure accountability for the final results.

• Develop and enhance backend services, APIs, frontend features, and external integrations.

• Analyze intricate production issues and drive them towards resolution.

• Participate in architectural decisions, technical discussions, and enhancements to the system.

• Enhance the codebase and development practices to enable effective AI-assisted engineering.

• Work on cloud CPaaS/CCaaS infrastructure, including routing, messaging, and real-time communication layers for contact centers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.

• At least 4 years of substantial hands-on production experience with Go.

• Practical experience with React and/or TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience with high-load and distributed production systems.

• Experience in designing, building, and debugging production services and APIs.

• Practical experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar, beyond basic autocomplete functionalities.

• Proficiency in leveraging AI effectively across various components of the stack while critically analyzing and validating its outputs.

• Strong engineering judgment, ownership, and the capability to make independent technical decisions.

• A background in CCaaS / CPaaS / telecommunications is advantageous.

• Experience with WebRTC, SIP, media servers, or CPaaS APIs is beneficial.

• Familiarity with API gateway and microservices integration is a plus.

• Experience with GraphQL federation is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD ownership, and infrastructure-as-code is a plus.

• Experience with polyglot persistence and MongoDB operations is beneficial.

• Experience in developing internal tools, evaluations, or automation using LLM APIs is a plus.

• Contributions to open-source projects, particularly in Go, are a plus.
