TAFE Teacher – Project Management, Training and Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Create and implement engaging, practical training in Project Management and Training and Assessment.

• Offer expert advice on assessment methodologies.

• Ensure that learning outcomes are compliant with relevant VET standards.

• Collaborate with various learner demographics.

• Leverage industry relationships and current knowledge of training and industry trends to link learning with real-world applications.

• Conduct training for BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management, BSB40920 Certificate IV in Project Management Practice, and TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging, supporting, and motivating students from diverse backgrounds.

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122).

• A Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, a higher-level qualification in adult education, or an equivalent qualification.

• Relevant industry experience in Project Management and/or Training and Assessment.

• Proven experience in delivering training or teaching in classroom, industry, and/or online settings.

• Solid understanding of VET standards, assessment practices, and quality requirements.

• Up-to-date industry knowledge and the ability to forge strong industry connections while responding to evolving training demands.

• Appointment is contingent upon satisfactory pre-employment checks, which may include a National Police Check and/or Working with Children Check (if applicable).

• May be required to disclose any past or ongoing allegations, investigations, or findings related to gender-based violence.

• May need to demonstrate compliance with the “fit and proper person” criteria under relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks, including ASQA requirements when applicable.

• Candidates must possess full rights to work in Australia; visa sponsorship is not available.
