This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, customize, and conduct immersive, high-stakes cybersecurity incident simulations.

• Collaborate with Customer Engagement teams to review client Incident Response Plans, pinpoint coverage gaps, and develop exercise guides, facilitator scripts, and evaluation metrics.

• Lead both virtual and in-person tabletop exercise sessions for C-Suite executives, Legal, PR, HR, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

• Steer stakeholders through simulated ransomware incidents, data breaches, and systemic security challenges.

• Perform debriefings and provide After-Action Reports that summarize lessons learned, nuances in regulatory decision-making, and actionable security recommendations.

• Enhance Resilience’s proprietary TTX frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

• Act as a trusted advisor in evaluating client IRPs, DRPs, and BCPs.

• Report directly to the Director of Security and Risk Services.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating cybersecurity incident response TTXs, IRPs, DRPs, and BCPs for enterprise clients.

• Proven expertise in conducting crisis simulations for cross-functional enterprise stakeholders, particularly non-technical C-Suite executives, Legal, PR, and HR leaders.

• A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Strong understanding of major US and European cybersecurity and privacy regulations, including GDPR, NIS2, CCPA, and SEC cyber disclosure rules.

• Excellent project management capabilities to manage multiple client engagements, coordinate enterprise schedules, and adhere to strict deadlines.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% throughout the US and Europe.

• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred.

• Hands-on experience with specialized TTX simulation platforms and software is a plus.
