• Leverage automation, AI-driven tools, and modern recruitment technologies.
• Apply recruitment metrics and analytics to measure performance, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring results.
• Generate and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Track key performance indicators and enact improvement strategies.
• Support initiatives for employer branding.
• Assess sourcing channels and evaluate return on investment.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate pools.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading technical and innovation-driven talent acquisition teams and recruitment strategies within a complex, multi-functional organization.
• Proven track record of successfully leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams.
• Strong consultative abilities with the capability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience in crafting and executing recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
• Robust analytical skills with experience utilizing recruitment metrics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Established ability to foster effective relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledgeable in employment laws and compliance requirements for recruitment.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and leverage innovative recruitment technologies and methodologies.
• Experience in leading recruitment transformation, process enhancement, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with talent intelligence, labor market analytics, and workforce planning tools.
• Experience with automation, AI-enabled recruiting technologies, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience managing recruitment efforts across multiple regions or global contexts.
• Strong negotiation skills and talent advisory capabilities.
