This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage comprehensive recruitment activities across various functions, levels, and regions.
• Formulate and implement recruitment strategies that align with business goals and workforce planning initiatives.
• Create and sustain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, market analysis, networking, and engaging talent communities.
• Guide, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition specialists.
• Set performance expectations and foster professional growth within the team.
• Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, and senior executives on talent requirements and hiring strategies.
• Provide insights on labor market conditions, competitive trends, talent availability, and recruitment recommendations.
• Assess and enhance recruitment processes to boost efficiency, speed, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Utilize automation, AI-driven tools, and recruitment technologies effectively.
• Apply recruitment metrics and analytics to assess performance and hiring results.
• Prepare and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Support efforts in employer branding.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
• Advocate for inclusive recruitment practices and ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading technical and innovation-driven talent acquisition teams and recruitment strategies in a complex, multi-functional organization.
• Proven track record in leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams successfully.
• Strong consultative abilities with the capacity to influence senior leaders and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in utilizing recruitment metrics, reporting tools, and data-informed decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment compliance requirements.
