Systems Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance and mentorship to engineers working with SaaS/Linux/on-premises applications.

• Take ownership of problem resolution and collaborate with internal support, operations, and engineering teams to tackle complex issues.

• Comprehend application architecture and develop processes for both on-premises and cloud-based applications.

• Provide expertise in supporting HCM data migration, extracts, and reporting.

• Work closely with Business Systems Analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to grasp requirements and assist the HCM application.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical problems to ensure the stability and performance of the system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, such as Core HR, ORC, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning Journeys, and Alerts.

• Experience in performing data migration to Oracle Cloud utilizing HDL and HSDL.

• Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.

• Expertise in developing and managing Oracle Cloud integrations using OIC, SOA, REST APIs, or comparable middleware solutions.

• Knowledge of HCM data structures, security profiles, role-based access, and user interface customizations.

• Capability to debug, analyze, and resolve intricate Oracle HCM system challenges.
