This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Operations departments including Data & Digital Solutions, Hiring & Onboarding, Process & Metrics, and Learning & Development.
• Evaluate data and create dashboards, reports, and insights that support business and workforce decisions.
• Facilitate hiring and onboarding processes by monitoring staffing metrics, pinpointing bottlenecks, and enhancing the employee experience.
• Create, document, and refine operational processes, metrics, and standard procedures.
• Aid Learning and Development programs, training initiatives, communications, and organizational development efforts.
• Discover opportunities to optimize workflows through automation, digital tools, and process enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders.
• Handle multiple priorities and engage in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience working with data, recognizing trends, and presenting findings.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to obtain and sustain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• An active and existing DoD Secret security clearance is required from day one.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in developing dashboards, reports, presentations, or automated solutions.
• Familiarity with large datasets and data visualization techniques.
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Exposure to HR, recruiting, workforce planning, learning and development, or organizational operations.
• Experience managing projects or collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to convert complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Must be able to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
