Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities Operations Data and Digital Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Create and implement data, analytics, automation, and digital solutions.

• Convert intricate data into practical insights via dashboards, visualizations, and decision-support tools.

• Recognize opportunities for process automation and efficiency enhancements.

• Collaborate with engineers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to address complex challenges.

• Facilitate the adoption of AI/ML and digital engineering capabilities.

• Establish and refine data standards, processes, governance, and operational metrics.

• Develop and sustain automated workflows utilizing Power Automate.

• Create custom business applications with Power Apps.

• Oversee and improve SharePoint sites for collaboration, data storage, and workflow integration.

• Travel up to 10% as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance is required from day one.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Office 365 Power Applications, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or SharePoint.

• Experience with large datasets and data visualization techniques.

• Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

• Must be able to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.

• Up to 10% travel required.

• Preferred: experience with Lean/CORE or other methodologies for process improvement.

• Preferred: understanding of data governance and data architecture principles.

• Preferred: experience in developing dashboards, automated workflows, or data-driven applications.

• Preferred: exposure to AI/ML, digital engineering, or process automation.

• Preferred: experience handling large or complex datasets.

• Preferred: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Preferred: excellent communication skills and capability to present insights to non-technical audiences.

• Preferred: curiosity and a demonstrated interest in emerging technologies.
