Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a sales representative within a designated territory.

• Provide support to the sales team on technical issues related to pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales activities.

• Assist in evaluating sales leads from a technical perspective.

• Act as the primary technical resource during sales calls.

• Educate customers regarding features, specifications, functionality, and integration.

• Offer expertise in networking applications and solutions.

• Serve as the lead technical contact for designated accounts concerning technical matters.

• Work in tandem with technical support and engineering teams to address, escalate, and resolve customer technical challenges.

• Provide post-sales training to selected customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Experience in field sales.

• Background in technical or pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.

• Proficiency in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.

• Familiarity with Wireless technologies, including deployment, support, and site surveys.

• Strong understanding of Wireless Authentication technologies.

• Comprehensive knowledge of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP.

• Familiarity with Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti-Virus solutions.

• Solid understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES.

• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies.

• Certifications: CCIE, CISSP.

• Must reside in Paraná, Santa Catarina, or Rio Grande do Sul.
