Product Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Focus on comprehending the essential technical features of current third-party TMS platforms.

• Collaborate with IT team members to execute integration implementation and testing.

• Participate in customer meetings, assess customer requirements, and propose potential solutions to stakeholders.

• Engage with stakeholders, evaluate business needs, and relay information to IT teams.

• Establish clear expectations with stakeholders.

• Ensure prompt delivery of all deliverables.

• Maintain alignment with both internal business and IT stakeholders.

• Document defects, bugs, and issues; create incident tickets and resolve them accordingly.

• Define and operationalize the role effectively.

• Query SQL databases to provide answers to inquiries.

• Develop technical solutions for intricate problems.

• Potentially mentor junior colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.

• 4-8 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Technical proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python), SQL, and API testing (e.g., Postman, Bruno).

• Technical skills in application diagnostics and debugging (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk).

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban teams.

• Familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow is preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage various assignments simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to articulate decisions, ask questions, discuss requirements, and interact with stakeholders and internal customers.

• Enthusiastic about assisting customers and achieving business objectives.

• Java or other programming experience is preferred.

• Experience in sales or customer service is desirable.
