Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a sales representative within a designated territory.

• Provide technical assistance to the sales organization concerning pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales activities.

• Help in assessing sales leads from a technical perspective.

• Execute presales functions, which include crafting proposals, conducting demonstrations, and delivering presentations.

• Take charge of the technical components of customer sales cycles from RFIs to RFPs and RFQs as needed.

• Create tender documents, proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations.

• Act as the primary technical resource during sales calls, educating clients on features, specifications, functionality, and integration.

• Evaluate customer needs, environments, and challenges.

• Suggest and deliver security solution designs and implementation strategies to clients.

• Function as the lead technical contact for designated accounts regarding post-sales technical concerns.

• Collaborate with technical support and engineering teams to respond to, escalate, and resolve customer technical issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Experience in field sales.

• Background in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.

• Proficiency in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.

• Experience managing mid to large enterprise accounts.

• Familiarity with lab setup and proof-of-concept (POC) projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of security solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba, and Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of SaaS solutions, orchestration, or multi-vendor integrated deployments.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, and Cyber Kill Chain.

• Outstanding skills in networking/security solutions, including Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewall, SDWAN, Sandboxing, UEBA, application security, SASE, ZTNA, and EDR.

• Solid comprehension of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES.

• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies.

• Excellent presentation skills.
