This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee the administration of the Salesforce organization, which includes object model management, data architecture, user configuration, and overall platform health.

• Create and sustain automations using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services to support comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) processes.

• Develop and manage Salesforce MCP servers along with AI tools to enhance AI-driven CRM workflows.

• Design and uphold SQL-based data pipelines that contribute to dashboards and revenue reporting.

• Convert vague business challenges into technical requirements and implement effective solutions.

• Work collaboratively with engineering teams on larger projects, defining scopes and jointly delivering solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce administration with a thorough understanding of the object model, Flows, data loading tools, and platform configuration.

• Proficient in Apex development, including the creation, debugging, and maintenance of custom logic, triggers, and integrations.

• Strong SQL skills, encompassing complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.

• Capability to comprehend end-to-end systems and trace fields through downstream dependencies.

• Enthusiasm for AI-native systems and the convergence of Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents.

• Experience with dbt or contemporary data transformation tools is a plus.

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker is an added advantage.
