Systems Analyst/IT Project Manager – Freelancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Collect and assess business and system requirements

• Convert business needs into concise functional specifications

• Develop and uphold process flows, workflows, user journeys, and system diagrams

• Evaluate data flows, APIs, system integrations, and interdependencies

• Collaborate with developers and vendors to implement and enhance solutions

• Assist in system testing and User Acceptance Testing, including identifying and resolving defects

• Examine and document business processes while pinpointing opportunities for enhancement

• Maintain both functional and technical documentation

• Facilitate integrations with banking, lending, credit, KYC/AML, and various financial systems

• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Freelancers must adhere to the requirements for freelance work

• Include your proposed monthly rate in your application

• Over 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related position

• Excellent skills in requirements gathering and process analysis

• Proficiency in workflows, process mapping, and system documentation

• Solid understanding of web applications, APIs, integrations, and data flows

• Background in system testing and User Acceptance Testing

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication capabilities

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, or Draw.io is a plus

• Previous experience in banking, lending, fintech, or financial services is desirable
