This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver comprehensive system user functionality assistance for the Deltek Vision platform by utilizing internal team members, vendors, and Deltek as support resources.
• Offer functionality support and training for Deltek Vision software.
• Evaluate user requirements to deliver support and proactive service, including identifying opportunities for utilizing available tools.
• Enhance and uphold data integrity by reviewing Deltek Vision module information, conducting data validation, and confirming processes.
• Generate and uphold system documentation and controls for modifications, user security updates, system functionalities, and procedures.
• Engage in planning, configuration, and organization of upcoming rollouts.
• Contribute to process improvements and provide additional functionalities and efficiencies.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Deltek Vision and forthcoming VantagePoint rollouts.
• Collaborate with and assist the Enterprise Applications Manager in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, and deployment for application updates and feature rollouts.
• Provide assistance on systems integration as assigned.
• Cultivate a working knowledge of UKG and NewForma to maximize IT investments through automation.
• Keep abreast of new developments and anticipate future trends in application integration within the A/E/C industry.
• Proficiency in Deltek Vision; knowledge of VantagePoint is preferred.
• Proven expert-level application knowledge of Deltek Vision.
• Experience in system configuration, security, troubleshooting issues, report development, and performance monitoring.
• Customer service-oriented approach to systems management.
• Experience in providing help desk and technical support.
• Strong understanding of computer networking concepts.
• Experience in managing multiple project assignments and tasks both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated experience and dedication to maintaining rigorous data quality and integrity practices.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to rapidly process information, correlate data, disseminate insights, and make sound risk-based decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A bachelor's level degree may equate to 6 years of directly related experience.
• Expertise in Deltek Vision and proficiency with SQL Server 2019.
• Proficient in Excel, including formulas, charts, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formatting.
• Basic proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, UltiPro, and Newforma is preferred.
• Ability to uphold strict data privacy and confidentiality while handling financial, accounting, and payroll information.
