This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize MEDXS architectural expertise for engineering, integration, and sustainment tasks.
• Assess dependencies related to applications, infrastructure, networks, and databases.
• Review proposed system modifications for compatibility and operational effects.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, testing, and validation of sanctioned changes.
• Troubleshoot system issues effectively.
• Keep architecture diagrams, technical procedures, and configuration documentation up to date.
• Support the global MEDEX/MEDXS mission across various operational environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to coordinate solutions.
• Oversee personnel deployments, ensuring adherence to host-nation theater clearance and DOCPER requirements across several OCONUS areas of responsibility.
• Extensive knowledge of MEDXS system architecture at an expert level.
• Capability to assess system interfaces, dependencies, and their operational implications.
• Proficient in communicating technical results and coordinating solutions with engineering and operations teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing personnel deployments, utilizing the Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT), and coordinating host-nation theater clearance and DOCPER requirements in multiple OCONUS areas of responsibility.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Current U.S. passport with a minimum of 18 months validity remaining on the first day of contract performance.
• Assigned DCWF role: 632, Systems Developer, Intermediate.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Preferred certifications include CSSLP, GCLD, GSEC, or Microsoft Engineer/Architect or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must meet applicable DoDM 8140.03 foundational qualifications prior to independently performing duties requiring privileged access or covered cybersecurity functions.
• Technical and OCONUS readiness on the first day of performance and maintaining continuity throughout the assignment.
