System Administrator – Infrastructure, Information Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete access lifecycle, encompassing provisioning, reviews, revocation, and ticket documentation.

• Address support and service requests from start to finish for the distributed team.

• Manage Google Workspace and Jira Service Management, including intake forms and workflows.

• Oversee the GitHub organization, managing members, teams, repository permissions, and access.

• Maintain Jenkins nodes and manage GitHub–Jenkins integrations, such as webhooks, credentials, and build agents.

• Administer the predominantly Apple fleet through enrollment, configuration profiles, OS updates, and MDM security standards.

• Detect recurring requests and eliminate them through automation and self-service solutions.

• Contribute to infrastructure initiatives, security enhancements, internal systems consolidation, and AI tooling within IT operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration, with practical knowledge of Google Workspace and macOS administration in a corporate setting.

• Demonstrated experience in managing asset ownership.

• Intermediate skills in the Linux command line and a practical understanding of AWS and GCP.

• Strong commitment to documentation and adherence to access policies.

• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to assist non-technical users until resolution.

• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills; B2 level preferred.

• Experience in configuring Jira/Jira Service Management is advantageous.

• Hands-on experience in MDM administration is a plus.

• Scripting skills for task automation and familiarity with CI/CD practices are beneficial.

• Certifications in Linux or networking are a plus.
