System Administrator – Digital Media & Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance OIDC, SAML, and OAuth configurations within Okta.

• Oversee and manage a global inventory of Apple devices utilizing Jamf.

• Create scripts in Python, Bash, or other scripting languages to automate IT processes, deployments, and system integrations.

• Lead IT infrastructure initiatives from the initial concept through to completion.

• Document projects and assign cross-functional tasks accordingly.

• Ensure ticket management and maintain technical documentation rigorously.

• Assist in designing and architecting systems.

• Support migrations from ESX to cloud environments.

• Provide support for Google Workspace.

• Diagnose network routing issues using the OSI model.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Senior IT, Sysadmin, or Systems Engineering roles within a professional setting.

• Expert-level proficiency in Okta and Jamf is essential.

• Comprehensive understanding of OIDC, SAML, and OAuth identity protocols.

• Knowledge of security measures for IT end-user devices.

• Proficient in at least one scripting language, such as Python or Bash.

• Demonstrated capability to independently lead technical projects.

• Experience managing a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Excellent command of the English language.

• Ability to thrive in an asynchronous, documentation-intensive environment.

• Familiarity with GitOps practices.

• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.

• Knowledge of using LLM for enhanced productivity.
