System Administrator – Digital Media & Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance OIDC, SAML, and OAuth configurations within the Okta platform.

• Oversee and manage a worldwide inventory of Apple devices utilizing Jamf.

• Create Python, Bash, or other scripting solutions to automate IT operations, deployments, and system integrations.

• Spearhead IT infrastructure initiatives from inception to execution.

• Generate project documentation and assign cross-functional responsibilities.

• Ensure ticket management practices and maintain technical documentation are upheld.

• Aid in the design and architecture of systems.

• Assist with migrations from ESX to cloud environments.

• Provide support for Google Workspace and troubleshoot network routing issues using the OSI model.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Senior IT, Sysadmin, or Systems Engineering positions within a professional setting.

• Expert-level proficiency in Okta and Jamf is essential.

• Comprehensive knowledge of OIDC, SAML, OAuth, and security for IT end-user devices.

• Competence in at least one scripting language for the purpose of system automation.

• Demonstrated capability to independently lead technical projects and oversee a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Outstanding proficiency in English.

• Ability to operate effectively in an asynchronous environment that emphasizes documentation.

• Familiarity with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and the use of LLMs to enhance productivity.
