System Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute IT-related processes while identifying, owning, and enhancing inefficiencies.

• Ensure the functionality of essential IT operations and SaaS applications.

• Conduct application upgrades, address OS vulnerabilities, and oversee asset management.

• Deliver internal IT and application support services.

• Resolve outages, analyze logs, and carry out root cause investigations.

• Effectively manage time and continually enhance the infrastructure.

• Offer self-service capabilities to enable users to quickly regain access.

• Develop a robust and scalable infrastructure that can adapt to the company's growth.

• Act as the primary resource for software and hardware-related inquiries within the work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing IT Infrastructure and Administration or related fields.

• Experience in high-growth operations or startups is preferred.

• Proficiency in ABM & MDM solutions for automating onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Strong logical problem-solving abilities and exceptional troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration capabilities.

• Familiarity with the Atlassian Stack, including JIRA and Confluence.

• Knowledge of SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Lever, Slack, Personio, and Zoom.

• Experience with identity providers like Okta, OneLogin, or Google IAM.

• Scripting or coding experience in Python and Terminal/PowerShell.

• Proficient in English.

• Basic German language skills are preferably desired.
