Junior/Mid-Level System Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee central IT services and processes, which encompass various SaaS applications.

• Manage maintenance activities such as application upgrades, addressing operating system vulnerabilities, and asset management.

• Deliver internal IT and application support.

• Troubleshoot incidents, analyze logs, and perform root cause analyses.

• Strive for continuous improvement in the infrastructure.

• Independently organize your schedule.

• Offer self-service options to enable users to quickly resume their tasks.

• Act as the initial point of contact for software and hardware-related issues.

• Assist in developing a scalable, robust, and future-ready IT infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in implementing and managing IT infrastructure, or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with ABM and MDM solutions for automating onboarding and offboarding workflows.

• Strong logical reasoning and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Ability to design secure and efficient user processes.

• Experience managing a variety of applications, including the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Google Workspace, Lever, Slack, Personio, Zoom, and similar SaaS tools.

• Familiarity with identity providers like Okta, OneLogin, or Google IAM.

• Proficient in scripting/programming with Python, and experienced with terminal and PowerShell.

• Fluent in English.

• Basic knowledge of German is advantageous.

• Experience in a startup or rapidly expanding company is a plus.
