This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and spearhead PointClickCare’s enterprise strategy for Data as a Product.
• Create a multi-year vision for Data Products that aligns with corporate goals, growth priorities, and market opportunities.
• Identify and advocate for new business models and growth prospects facilitated by data assets, network scalability, interoperability, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Act as the executive sponsor for customer-oriented data strategies, coordinating with teams in Product, Engineering, AI, Corporate Strategy, Legal, Go-to-Market, and the Corporate Data Office.
• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, performance, and long-term success of the data products portfolio, which includes data products, APIs, interoperability services, marketplace functionalities, and AI-driven solutions.
• Set investment priorities, make resource allocation decisions, define portfolio success metrics, and outline business outcomes.
• Drive adoption, realize customer value, enhance commercial performance, and scale product growth.
• Lead the enterprise strategy for data monetization, marketplace expansion, and ecosystem growth.
• Define customer access models, API strategies, pricing structures, packaging methods, and commercial frameworks.
• Discover new revenue streams, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem capabilities.
• Represent PointClickCare’s data strategy to executives, customers, partners, analysts, and industry organizations.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions regarding data products, healthcare interoperability, marketplace involvement, data monetization, and AI-enabled customer solutions.
• Cultivate relationships that influence product direction, market positioning, and sustained growth.
• Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing product leadership team through VPs and Directors.
• Implement succession planning, leadership development, talent strategies, and organizational capabilities.
• Encourage innovation, accountability, teamwork, customer focus, and excellence in execution.
• Report directly to the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in product management, technology, data products, platform strategy, enterprise software, or related fields.
• Proven success in defining and implementing enterprise-level product, growth, or business strategies that demonstrate measurable impact on organizational performance, customer outcomes, and financial results.
• Extensive experience guiding large, complex product or technology organizations through multiple leadership levels, including mentoring senior leaders and enhancing organizational capability.
• A strong history of leading enterprise transformation initiatives that require alignment across various functions, competing priorities, and considerable organizational change.
• In-depth expertise in data products, APIs, interoperability, marketplace and ecosystem strategies, data monetization models, AI-enabled products, and data-driven organizations.
• Strong strategic, financial, and operational insight, including ownership of portfolio-level investment decisions, business cases, risk management, and performance outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders, shape investment decisions, and represent organizational strategy to customers, partners, analysts, and external audiences.
• Capability to balance growth targets, customer requirements, regulatory obligations, and intellectual property protection in a multifaceted business environment.
• Experience in leading marketplace, ecosystem, platform, or data monetization strategies is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology, post-acute care, payer, provider, or other highly regulated sectors is preferred.
• Experience engaging with industry analysts, strategic partners, customer advisory groups, or external industry organizations is preferred.
