This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and expand the commercial sales organization encompassing Health Plan Sales, Health Plan Alliances, Employer Sales, Client Success, and Sales Operations.
• Recruit, mentor, and nurture leaders while constructing a high-performing team with clear ownership and accountability.
• Take charge of the payer and employer go-to-market strategy, including setting targets, priorities, budgets, and growth sequencing.
• Develop the alliance and channel engine through partnerships with consultants, brokers, health plans, and strategic allies.
• Drive renewals, account expansion, program adoption, and net revenue retention.
• Establish forecasting, pipeline management, systems, and operational cadence.
• Communicate performance metrics, opportunities, and risks to the Chief Commercial Officer, executive leadership, and board members.
• Represent Midi externally with senior leaders throughout the healthcare ecosystem.
• Assume responsibility for covered lives, revenue growth and retention, pipeline predictability, and team quality.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in payer and/or employer benefits sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership.
• Ideally experienced in high-growth healthcare, digital health, or value-based care sectors.
• Proven experience in building and scaling revenue organizations across new business, alliances/channels, account management, or Client Success, and Sales Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead leaders effectively.
• A strong track record of owning revenue, covered lives, quota, net retention, or another core commercial metric at significant scale.
• Extensive experience in selling to and collaborating with health plans and/or large employers.
• Skilled in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and securing multi-million-dollar partnerships.
• Experience with Blues plans is highly preferred.
• Proven history of building go-to-market organizations through the 0→1 and 1→100 stages.
• Experience in hiring and developing leaders and individual contributors.
• Ability to establish commercial strategy, review forecasts, coach leaders, and support critical deals.
• Capability to build trust and influence with C-level stakeholders, customers, partners, executives, and board members.
• Comfortable working in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
• A strong passion for improving healthcare for women.
