This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco, +1 more country.
• Take charge of the regional commercial strategy and ensure the successful execution of the Annual Operating Plan for Surgical Innovations, Acute Care & Monitoring, and Endoscopy.
• Convert business priorities into actionable plans for countries, portfolios, and distributors.
• Lead, mentor, and enhance the performance of the field team throughout Indirect Africa.
• Establish performance benchmarks, enhance commercial expertise, and guarantee consistent implementation across various markets.
• Oversee distributor performance via structured business reviews, forecasting, pipeline management, inventory planning, pricing discipline, and agreed corrective measures.
• Focus on growth prospects within Core Surgical, Endoscopy, Patient Monitoring, and Respiratory Interventions.
• Cultivate relationships with key customers, clinical leaders, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in therapy adoption, educational initiatives, tenders, and strategic collaborations.
• Collaborate with marketing, market development, finance, supply chain, regulatory, clinical, legal, and compliance teams.
• Aid in the introduction of new products and ensure reliable market execution.
• Uphold high standards of ethics, compliance, data integrity, and operational discipline.
• Deliver precise forecasts, business insights, and updates to leadership.
• Travel regularly across the region as required by business needs and company travel policies.
• A bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering, healthcare, or a related field.
• Significant commercial experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a comparable regulated industry, including responsibility for sales performance across multiple markets.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and/or complex distributor networks, with the capability to mentor teams and influence partners across diverse cultures and regions.
• Strong skills in business planning, forecasting, pipeline management, tender execution, pricing, and financial performance management.
• Fluent in business English, with Arabic and/or French as a mandatory language requirement.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout Indirect Africa.
• Strong dedication to ethical conduct, compliance, and inclusive leadership.
• Experience in Surgical Innovations, Acute Care & Monitoring, Endoscopy, or related portfolios, along with knowledge of distributor-led African markets, is advantageous.
• An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
