Surgical Glaucoma Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Promote the adoption of AlloFlo Uveo and C.Rex within the designated territory

• Create and implement a thorough business plan that aligns with market trends and corporate objectives

• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of market access

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and their practice staff

• Foster physician advocacy within Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and academic training institutions

• Secure product access for use in affiliated centers

• Collaborate with ASC and hospital administration to obtain product-use approval

• Represent Iantrek at significant congresses, wet labs, and local events

• Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and training teams to assist in surgeon onboarding and product utilization

• Keep accurate and timely CRM records for visibility and accountability of the sales pipeline

• Achieve sales objectives while exemplifying Iantrek’s core values of trust, accountability, and collaboration

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in ophthalmic sales, particularly in medical devices (Surgical Glaucoma preferred)

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets

• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to connect with surgeons regarding procedural and patient care advantages

• Self-motivated individual with exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally across the nation

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Capability to work without necessitating employment-visa sponsorship, if applicable
