Surgical Glaucoma Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Promote the adoption of AlloFlo Uveo and C.Rex within the designated territory.

• Formulate and implement a thorough business strategy that aligns with market trends and corporate objectives.

• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of market access.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and their practice teams.

• Foster physician advocacy within Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and academic training institutions.

• Secure product access for use in affiliated medical centers.

• Collaborate with ASC and hospital group administrators to obtain product-use approval.

• Represent Iantrek at significant congresses, wet labs, and local events.

• Work in partnership with clinical, marketing, and training teams to facilitate surgeon onboarding and product utilization.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in CRM systems for pipeline transparency and accountability.

• Achieve sales objectives while embodying Iantrek’s core values of trust, accountability, and collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in ophthalmic sales, particularly with medical devices (Surgical Glaucoma preferred).

• Demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing sales goals.

• Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to engage surgeons regarding procedural and patient care advantages.

• Self-motivated individual with exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally nationwide.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
