Support/Deployment Specialist, Tier 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address fundamental customer inquiries and facilitate website installations while ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and outstanding customer service.

• Deliver Tier 1 technical support for basic customer requests, product setup, and deployment activities related to Protomiq products.

• Submit and oversee third-party technical configuration requests.

• Set up website plugins, integrations, and tools in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.

• Conduct quality assurance checks to verify precise account and plugin configurations.

• Keep accurate records, status updates, and account documentation within internal systems.

• Work collaboratively with the Tier 2 team to enhance technical and operational competencies.

• Support website installations.

• Oversee third-party technical requests to guarantee accurate and timely resolution of tasks.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in website support or business process management.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent listening skills.

• A genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer experiences.

• Capability to navigate uncertainty and confidently address customer inquiries.

• Proficiency in multitasking and managing open tickets and tasks.

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently while collaborating with other teams.

• Basic knowledge of HTML.

• Experience in website troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with ticketing applications such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar tools.

• Experience working with automotive dealers and products.

• Background in a SaaS or proprietary software technical support environment.
