Support Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist and support all personal care requirements

• Provide companionship and actively listen to clients

• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health conditions

• Assist with food and beverage needs

• React promptly to emergency situations

• Schedule and administer medications as needed

• Accompany clients to appointments and social gatherings

• Encourage and support clients in hobbies and other activities

• Offer waking night and day support in clients’ residences

• Help vulnerable individuals maintain their independence in their own homes

• A compassionate and caring demeanor

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Legal right to work in the UK

• Ability to travel to and from clients’ residences is essential

• An enhanced DBS check is required

• Must not be prohibited from engaging in regulated activities

• Willingness to work with children, young individuals, or vulnerable adults

• Capability to adhere to codes of conduct, ethical standards, safeguarding policies, and expected behaviors
