This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver remote technical assistance to customers and Customer Service Engineers working with Siemens MR and CT equipment.
β’ Issue notifications to CSEs and formulate quality action plans.
β’ Employ remote diagnostics to identify and resolve technical challenges.
β’ Adhere to the escalation protocol and liaise with HSC/QIB to facilitate solutions.
β’ Travel as needed for on-site repairs of customer equipment, which may include international locations such as Canada and Latin America.
β’ Relay feedback to the factory concerning system performance.
β’ Offer product support both remotely and on-site.
β’ Provide expert guidance, training, and technical support to staff and mentor junior employees.
β’ Exhibit advanced or extensive knowledge in a specific technical domain.
β’ Oversee ongoing field actions and manage the escalation process to ensure customer satisfaction and favorable business outcomes.
β’ An associate's degree or two years of vocational technical training is required.
β’ Over eight years of experience with MR systems is necessary.
β’ Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely utilizing Siemens Remote Services.
β’ Strong communication skills are essential.
β’ Proficiency in English for business communication is required.
β’ Resumes must be submitted in English.
β’ The ideal candidate must be capable of working with controlled technology in compliance with U.S. export control regulations.
β’ The work shift will be from Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM β 8 hours per day β Eastern Standard Time.
