This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver remote technical support to clients and Customer Service Engineers who service Siemens MR and CT equipment.
β’ Send dispatch notifications to CSEs and formulate quality action plans.
β’ Utilize remote diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues.
β’ Adhere to the escalation process and engage with HSC/QIB to facilitate solutions.
β’ Travel as necessary to assist with on-site repairs of customer equipment, which may include international locations such as Canada and Latin America.
β’ Offer feedback to the factory concerning system performance.
β’ Provide product support both remotely and on-site.
β’ Share expert knowledge, training, and technical assistance to support staff and mentor junior employees.
β’ Oversee ongoing field actions and manage the escalation process to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
β’ An associate degree or 2 years of vocational technical training is required.
β’ Over 8 years of experience working with MR systems.
β’ Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues remotely using Siemens Remote Services.
β’ Strong communication skills are essential.
β’ Proficiency in English for business communication is required.
β’ Work schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 2200 to 0630, totaling 8 hours per day, based on East Coast U.S. Time.
