Support Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote technical assistance

• Execute Linux commands for troubleshooting and support

• Analyze and resolve issues related to applications and systems

• Aid in the identification and resolution of technical incidents

• Work a 12x36 overnight shift from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical certification

• Proficiency in Linux

• Understanding of operating system command-line interfaces

• Knowledge of command execution and remote assistance

• Technical background with the capability to investigate issues and execute procedures in the environment

• Availability to work a 12x36 shift from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
